HACK 01 – NO PROCESSED FOOD

HACK 02 – NO FRIED FOOD

Most celebrities stay away from food cooked in hot fats and oils, consume oils high in Omega 3 and replace fried food with boiled, grilled or baked recipes. A slice of grilled wild-caught salmon, with a hint of olive oil and lemon, is both delicious and nutritious.

HACK 03 – REDUCE SUGARS

Excess sugar is one of the most significant factor in gaining weight, diabetes and obesity. You ingest added sugar from most industrial products: tomato sauce, bread, creams, sodas and juices. Top performers and celebrities know this well, and hire expensive coaches to keep sugar under control. You can start by simply replacing processed snacks with wholesome dark chocolate (75% or higher), and eating more fresh fruit to feel healthy, sexy and bouncing.

HACK 04 – REDUCE CARBS

Excessive carbs cause over-weight and that awful strip of adipose fat around your core. Most celebrities and top performers stay away from the refined flour contained in pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, muffins, croissants. They maintain a balanced nutritional regimen low in carbs and high in proteins and high-quality oils from olives, fish and nuts. Get most of your carbs from vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, berries and seeds, and replace white flour with whole grains, such as: quinoa, oats and buckwheat.
