Quiz 1 helps you to assess the state of your current health and fitness.
Quiz 2 helps you devising practical strategies and actions to improve them.
Please answer each question quickly and intuitively.
Upon successful completion of these two final Quizzes, you will receive an XZEN Certificate of Attendance and your answers at your registered email.

This class focuses on the training and diet routine of movie stars Jason Statham, Vin Diesel and Charlize Theron, as well as of Victoria Secret’s models. Your task is to watch the 4 celebrity videos and answer the related Quizzes:
04 - ELEVATING YOUR X-HEALTH AWARENESS
This class is composed of videos and related quizzes about three "wise" celebrities. Learn from their wisdom to elevate your body-mind awareness.
